Since our commissioner has let us down continually with giving us up to date information each year, I have decided to take up the mantle and deliver the much desired information that we want to digest. Plus it gives Mitchell another forum to visit and read and he can never have too many of those. With that being said, I am not an English teacher nor do I proclaim to be grammatically correct.
